Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese healing method which follows principles related to the ancient Chinese meridian system. This method is designed to correct the body’s imbalances, treating the body as a whole, helping to restore proper function of nervous, circulatory, and muscular systems. Shiatsu do not require the use of massage oils.
Thai massage is a timeless method that includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body. Many yoga- like positions are used during the course of the massage. It is traditionally a very standardized process lasting for 2 hours. However, Bella Isa incorporates a shortened version of Thai massage in its two manner. And like shiatsu, Thai massage does not require the use of Oils.
Swedish massage is designed to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles in the variety of strokes that move in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. Swedish massage is ideal for shortening recovery time for muscle strain by flushing the muscle tissue of various acids and metabolic wastes, while increasing circulation.
